Job Description

Responsible for performing experiments in Process safety lab and providing technical support to TSD team on process engineering activities., *

  1. Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.
  2. To work on the sample preparation and executing the planned experiments in DSC [Differential Scanning Calorimeter].
  3. To ensure the required raw material and reactor reediness before starting the reaction.
  4. To work on the sample preparation and executing the planned experiments in ARSST [ Advanced reactive system screening tool ]
  5. To work on the preparation of program needed for execution of the planned experiments in RC1e [Reaction Calorimeter].
  6. Executing the planned experiments inRC1e along with GEK [Gas Evolution Kit To Advanced reactive system screening tool].
  7. Listing out the process safety needs during the lab demo batches considering the feasibility on process safety equipment s.
  8. Preparation of control program in such a way that it simulates the worst case scenario on plant scale.
  9. To work on the preparation of program needed for execution of the planned experiments in EasyMax 402.
  10. Executing the planned experiments in Easymax 402.
  11. Preparing the report related to preliminary screening and Hazard evaluation.
  12. Following Safety by design during operation and planning of experiments.
  13. Ensuring Good Housekeeping in the respective fume hoods as well as entire lab.
  14. Usage of Proper personnel protective equipment as per requirement.
