Job Description

    Job Title: Tech Lead .NET, jQuery, SQLLocation: Chennai or RemoteExperience Level: 8 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in .NET, jQuery, and SQL to lead the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor the development team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to build scalable and efficient applications.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a team of developers working on .NET-based applications.
    • Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code in C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Core), and jQuery.
    • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database design for performance and scalability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
    • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance tuning.
    • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of application issues.
    • Work closely with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud-based hosting solutions.
    • Keep up with the latest technologies and industry trends in .NET, front-end frameworks, and database management.
    • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 8 years of hands-on experience in software development with expertise in:
      • .NET Framework & .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API)
      • Front-end development using jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
      • SQL Server (writing complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning)
    • Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and RESTful API development.
    • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
    • Hands-on experience in version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar).
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
    • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
    • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and caching mechanisms.
    • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps best practices.
    • Certifications in Microsoft Azure, .NET, or SQL Server are a plus.
