"Position: APPIAN Architect Location: Bangalore, India Educational Qualification: BE/MCA ExperienceRange: 8-12 YEARS Total number of positions: x BPM architect would be responsible forconsulting, architecture definition and drive implementation for APPIAN / RPA based solutions. Experience in defining BPM based reference and technical architectures Should be able to define andarticulate various patterns (Human approval patterns, process integration patterns, workflow patterns,RPA patterns etc.) Experience in defining architecture, best practices and guidelines in BPM/RPA areas Define and evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend the most efficient and cost effective BPMarchitectures for the given customer requirements Ability to handle stakeholder discussions effectivelyfrom customer site and interact with multiple stakeholders (Enterprise architects, Technical directors,Business Heads) Ability to work at customer site to identify and manage BPM requirements. Roles &&Responsibilities: Define technical reference architecture, Develop technical solutions, tactical &&strategic design options using BPM products Define Logical, Technical && Physical views of Architecture Provide technology leadership and ensure quality of all deliverables Understand all elements toarchitect, design, build, test, operate and maintain complex systems using APPIAN && RPA. Leadtechnical team to complete process analysis, process modelling and process optimization Must carryforward from requirements, architecture to implementation Collaborate in multi-cultural technicalenvironments with global teams. Communicate technical solutions to customers, SMEs and enterprisearchitects. Manages the technical rollout and post- deliverable technical strategy Responsible forworking with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables Mentor && guidetechnical team Mandatory Skills: Must have 8yrs of working experience in APPIAN Appian L1 && L2certifications Mandatory Good understanding of RPA based automation in APPIAN process flows Atleast 5 years of experience in architect capacity with architecture experience in handling large BPMengagements Exposure in building headless Appian applications Hands on experience in BPMarchitecture, design and development Must be thorough with requirement analysis, estimation anddesign aspects Should have worked on HLD with independent ownership Must have goodcommunication skills to present the solutions to customer senior stakeholders comprising of businessand technical Good knowledge on Appian product architecture and server maintenance.
