Job Description

- Should have worked in Agile/Scrum delivery model. - Nice to have exposure on these tools Siebel CRM, KANA, SABIO, CCEA (Customer Correspondence E-archive), CTI/ScreenPop, WFM, E-Learning, DIS, Gizmo Web Survey, Loxysoft, InfoTorg, DIFT, Germain, SOS Tools - Must have telecom domain knowledge. - Should have worked on Agile and scrum model of development. - Experience with Siebel Architecture & Servers, Server Manager & Tools (M), Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (Integration Objects & WS) & EAI (M), Workflow Manager, Data Manipulation (M), Navigation (M), Access Control & Security (M), Extensive Customization experience (Object definition for UI, business & data layer, complex web clients, eScripts etc.)(M). - Should have automation experience in UFT/Selenium

Candidate Profile

Education: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCSExperience: 6 to 8 YearsProficient in LAMP technologies, such as Linux, Apache, MySQL ,PHP.PHP with strong knowledge on OOPs.MVC Framework - Symfony Framework (Mandatory), Good to know other frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter.Hands-on experience on SuiteCRM (i.e SugarCRM).Hands-on experience in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS.Hands-on experience MySQL, SQL database.Proficient in ticket management tool, such as Jira, Mantis.Proficient in understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN.Strong Written and Communication Skills.Knowledge on Microsoft Technologies will be added advantage.Knowledge of Azure or AWS Cloud is good to have.
