Job Description

ASSIGNMENT

  • Act as Senior Developer/Technical Lead in NM & SON Delivery Projects
MAIN ACTIVITIES
  • Understands the end-user s current & future expectations and needs
  • Support Architects in translating customer s requirements to design (HLD +LLD) the full scope of the solution in the domain, to achieve workable end-to-end solutions including Nokia and third party sub-systems as defined.
  • Applies best practices, processes and principles to create value for the customer.
  • Continuously innovates so that products, processes, and services better serve customers
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
  • Bachelor or Master degree in CSE/ECE/EEE/EI/IT
  • 7-10 years of experience in Telecom, Network Management or SON Domain
  • Experience in NetAct & SON Telecom applications, preferably
  • Solution Building with broad experience in multiple domains and technologies, knowledge of mediation systems.
  • Knowledge of various architectural and design methodologies (Eg: component based, SOA, scalable ASYNC Frameworks, Microservices, etc.)
  • Knowledge of designing for non-functional product requirements (Eg: high availability, failure resilience, scalability, latency, performance etc.)
Technology & Software Skills
  • 7-10 years of experience in Software Development Background and over 3 years of experience in working with Containers and Cloud Native Development
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in Core JAVA, JAVA Enterprise, Python, Spring, Springboot, Message brokers (ActiveMQ, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, etc.) and Caching framework (Redis, EHCachem Inmemory Cache, etc.)
  • Experience in data exchange and integration formats including XML, JSON, and SOAP, REST and Service-Oriented Architectures
  • Excellent knowledge of databases technologies both RDBMS (MySQL) and No-SQL (MongoDB/CouchDB, Cassandra)
  • Experience in front end technologies like AngularJS, React.js
  • Experience in automated delivery pipelines (GitLab), Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes are preferred
  • Lead the Implementation of large-scale applications, using modern application development practices and open source emerging technologies, covering domains like microservices, API management, web-scale architectures
  • Strong Experience on SaaS, PaaS and IaaS architectures.
  • Experience in container architecture, Docker universal packaging, container orchestration and Micro services architecture pattern.
  • 3+ years experience with Kubernetes with ability to design and implement end-to-end container management solution with Kubernetes
  • Excellent technical problem solving skills, including identifying and addressing system defects etc.
  • Ability to work independently and provide proactive leadership in a complex environment with multiple teams
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including conducting presentations to teams and to customers.
