Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities Essential roles, responsibilities and activities in this position:
    • SME for ServiceNow (SNOW) platform to implement end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Configuration & Asset Management, Change Management, Process Management and Release Management.
    • Developing, designing, configuring and rollout of new application modules, workflows and catalog requests.
    • Design and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services, and Notifications
    • Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
    • Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.
    Qualifications and Education Requirements MCA / B. Tech. Industrial Experience
    • 5 7 Years of experience in Software development
    • 2 3 years of Experience with ServiceNow Platform:
      • Managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion.
      • ServiceNow implementations with custom applications
      • MID Server management experience required
      • ServiceNow Discovery implementation experience required
      • Experience with Service Portal preferred
      • Experience with ServiceNow Core Concepts.
      • Experience with service Now client and server-side JavaScript and the Service Now APIs
    • Certification as ServiceNow Implementation Specialist is Preferred
    Preferred Skills Experience with working or developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS a plusIntegration experience (SOAP, REST, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports)Experience with rebuilding legacy applications in ServiceNow a plusKnowledge of XML and structural programming conceptsFamiliarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSSExperience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodologyExcellent communication skills,
