As a Hiring Partner for many IT organization we are hiring Technical Lead for Java Web Development, This is Direct and Full time Hire for Global Product and Web Development organization.Interested candidates can share their word format profile with ctc and notice period at hidden_emailRole : Technical Lead-Global Technology Front OfficeLocation : ChennaiExperience : 8-12 YrsPrimary skills:Java Tech Stack,Angular,Typescript,SpringBoot, Microservices, SQL, Azure services like Function App, Blob Storage, App Service, Service Buz, Azure DevOps,ADO pipelines,Web site,App development and Integration with SaaS Products.Expected technical exposure : Java-75% Back end & Angular, Spring boot 25%# Responsibilities : Guiding/leading team technically:o Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers and testers.o Provide technical direction and ensure that projects/enhancements are completed on time and within scope.o Conduct regular team meetings, and professional development sessions. Solution, Estimate, Design and Development:o Design solutions that meet business requirements.o Develop and maintain architecture standards and best practices.o Ensure that solutions are scalable, reusable, maintainable, and secure.o Handson development of modules primarily using Java tech stack and be part of the sprint team. Skills on Microsoft Technologies will be an added advantageCollaboration and Communication:o Work closely with other IT teams, business units, and external vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.o Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.o Prepare and present technical documentation and reports. Technical Expertise:o Stay up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends.o Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.o Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Quality Assurance:o Implement and oversee testing procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of integration solutions.o Ensure that all solutions comply with standards and regulations. Administration, Performance Tunning and Optimization:o Monitor the performance of solutions and identify areas for improvement.o Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce latency.o Implement best practices for error handling and recovery. Automate SDLC and other areaso Convert requirements in BDD (Gherkin) format to executable functional test caseso Follow TDD and automate the unit test cases to meet the coverage target through Azure DevOpso Ensure Code Quality through SONAR/ or any other similar toolso Automate deployment pipelines through Azure DevOpso Automate usage tracking/monitoring through Organizational standardso Identify and convert repeatable manual tasks both on development/operations space to automatable tasks through tools/libraries/custom development# Experience :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Field preferred
• At least 8-12 years of experience in application/product development.
• Technical skills (not limited to): Azure, Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular/React, Microservices, Database design and development using MS SQL
• Good understanding of Azure Cloud & Azure DevOps
• Good understanding of design patterns
• Strong experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and message queuing systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
