Any delay in recruiting will result Degradation of service for the application resulting in potential regulatory impact.RESPONSIBILITIESShould have 10+ years of experience in WebmethodsHandsome experience in webmethods and groom the team technically .Drive Production stability and be the spoc for production issues.NOT expected to work in shifts but should be available 24*7 for Production issues / escalations.Lead the team and implement support utilities and monitoring solnShould be technical and hands on to troubleshoot issues.To review and support the Critical changes implemented in the weekendTo closely work with vendor and close all the open issuesGood experience(10+ years) in Webmethods,Unix,Solace,MQ,Java and desirable to work in PSSSKill set : WebmethodsExperience : 12 -15 yearsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEWebmethods expertise to support critical BC5 applications.Drive Production stability and be the spoc for production issues.Knowledge on solace skill set would be plus.Java and other Middleware skill sets would be plusLead the team and implement support utilities and monitoring solnAbility to understand subscriber requirement of external stakeholders while assisting in BAU issues if any.Strong interpersonal & communication with a demonstrated ability to make effective decisions to meet business objectives.Ability to prepare process documentation on critical issues and flows.Work with vendor on product issuesAbility to support critical weekend deployments.12 + years of demonstrated relevant work experience on webmethods,
