Technical ManagerJob Description Own and deliver services/interfaces between enterprise systems in line with organization-driven Integration Strategy. Design integration solutions with considerations for reusability, security, performance and scalability. Develop and implement services with high performance, exception handling and low maintenance, primarily using webMethods Integration Server, Solace, etc. Support Dev/SIT/UAT/PT cycles. Provide Production Rollout, UVT and L3 Support. Resolve complex integration problems. Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues. Lead the team of developers (technically, functionally). Responsible for enforcing CICD Toolchains, best practices and standards. Support project managers / product owners in scheduling user stories, project plan. Report status to client and/or senior management on solution realization periodically and when required. Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by Supervisor.Required Skills: Preferably 8-12 years of experience in Java server-side design and implementation Experience in Design Patterns, Anti Patterns, Architecture & Integration Patterns 4+ Years of Experience in Spring framework Experienced in Microservices framework using Springboot Excellent debugging/troubleshooting/problem solving skills Experience with SOAP and REST web services Experience in working with XML, JSON and FLAT FILE formats Experience in working with HTTP, HTTPS, TCP Protocols Experience in Messaging with JMS, AMQP, WebSphere MQ based Messaging Systems Experience in GIT or other distributed version control system Experience in creating proof of concepts, comparing multiple approaches and recommending the right technology solution. Experience in other server-side technologies - Elasticsearch, Jenkins Have lead and delivered enterprise-scale applications and platforms grounds up. Independent thinker that can identify problems and provide creative solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and guidance. Embody passion for new technology and open source and a believer in continuous improvement of skills. Excellent communication and articulation skills. Expert practitioner of Agile.Good to have: 2-4 years of experience in ESB/Integration stacks like webMethods, Mule etc., Experience in the Application Integration Architecture, Solution Design and Development using SAO/EAI solutions. Experience of Microservices deployment using container and container orchestration.,
