The Role To help drive unprecedented growth in the APMEA region in Australia & New Zealand, we are looking for 7-8 passionate and driven Technical Talent Acquisition Partners / Technical Recruiters (junior - mid level) offshore in India to ensure we continue to deliver the highest quality candidate pipelines within many technical disciplines, including Cloud and Infrastructure Services, DevOps, Engineering, Architecture, Cyber Security, Development, Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering, Senior Technical Consulting + more. This will include sourcing, attracting, processing and hiring Architects, Consultants, Engineers, and technical specialists among others. You should have a passion for delivering business outcomes through operational excellence, continuous process improvement, talent attraction and candidate experience and a track record of delivering operational excellence and best-in-class technical talent. You will be responsible for long-term planning and delivery for onshore Australia & New Zealand hiring while ensuring that short-term goals are also met. These technical SMEs in the Talent space will be expected to roll up their sleeves in helping drive initiatives and continued transformational change/improvements in the Recruitment Process, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Eliminating Bias & Discrimination in the hiring process, Talent Process Automation and Candidate Experience across A/NZ. You will be an integral member of a regionally dispersed Core ANZ TA team of 22, and global TA department of over 780, and will be surrounded by support locally, nationally, regionally and globally. You will be at the front-line driving exceptional Candidate, Business, Talent Acquisition and Hiring Manager experiences while optimising, automating and increasing pipeline conversions throughout the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Reporting to the ANZ Manager of Talent Acquisition for permanent hiring in ANZ, you will work closely on the execution of our TA strategy while providing exceptional advisory consultation, process training and reporting to leaders across the APAC business. What You ll Deliver Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (structured interviewing and assessment processes) while suggesting any enhancements to automate, process align or increase Wipros hiring efforts. Be responsible for stakeholder relationship management and client/candidate satisfaction and experience. Creating awesome candidate experiences for all #Wiproite hopefuls. Get involved with and drive diversity hiring across all areas, and have a keen interest in helping drive DE&I initiatives and APAC projects. Be data driven in your recruitment process, plus know what data means and how to utilise it for positive change. Have ownership of all candidate attraction methods, for both current live roles and pipe-lining future requirements. Partner closely with Business, TA, HR and other Technical Leadership, plus with with the TA team on resource planning and initiatives. Be a key driver with Employer Branding initiatives, Brand Awareness and Talent Attraction Campaigns. Truly business partner, engage and empower hiring managers/teams and stakeholders. Ensure maintenance of thorough and accurate ATS documentation on all conversations, interactions and engagements with candidates. Experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition within complex, fast paced, high volume industries/companies. Experience in a 360 degree / full-lifecycle, research or pure sourcing role gained within a complex corporate, IT consulting, RPO or agency environment. Knowledge and experience in recruiting in Information Technology area with sound understanding of technologies skills and IT market. Experience recruiting in technical areas, including Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Engineering, Development, Architecture, Consulting and Project Services. Experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Hiring, Sourcing projects. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand your field in-depth and deliver on promise. Well versed in full lifecycle talent acquisition - management of blended candidate attraction methods, candidate experience and assessment. Deep expertise in various ATS, TA systems and tools is preferred. Experience in diversity hiring, including diversity in sex/gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, culture, disability, education among others. Experience prioritizing multiple searches, competing priorities, complex projects and client relationships. If you only meet some of the requirements for this role, thats okay!! Ability to manage TA vendor and relations. Sound knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS, HRIS, EIS etc), platforms, and strategies. Willingness to travel in ANZ as/when needed (borders and COVID-19 dependant).
