Job Description

Position SummaryLead the sales activity of the region into automotive/ IA sector and manage existing customer accounts. Develop new customers and grow business.Essential Functions

  • Act as a champion for the voice of the customer within the business
  • Identify business opportunities and target markets
  • Make initial customer contact through visits or calls
  • Develop new opportunities with customers
  • Manage customer account and expansion activities
  • Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
  • Ensure customer forecast plan N+6 months and interact with customer for changes if any and ensure necessary change in plan is communicated internally.
  • To ensure supply of deliverable as per the customer schedule in order to support customer production lines without any disturbance
  • Manage accounts receivable deliverables including payment terms negotiation discussions
  • Manage key stake holders within and outside company
  • Develops account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results
  • Challenge perceptions in order to get the customer to buy a product
  • Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
