Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong mechanical background to lead our sales team in the automation industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the automation sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong customer relationships.Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the automation industry, with a focus on mechanical products and solutions.
    2. Team Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success and growth
    3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and markets within the automation sector, with a specific emphasis on mechanical applications
    4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
    5. Sales Forecasting: Monitor and analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to make informed sales forecasts and adjustments as necessary.
    6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automation products, technologies, and industry trends, especially those related to mechanical solutions.
    7. Sales Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team and implement improvements as needed.
    8. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to provide input on product improvements and innovation based on market demand.
    qualification:
    1. Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
    2. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the automation industry, particularly in mechanical applications.
    3. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a sales team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
    4. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automation technologies, mechanical systems, and their applications in various industries.
