Job Description

Responsible for writing and revising feature, command reference, and configuration guides
Research, write, and revise complex technical documents according to established standards
Work with editors and technical resources to improve document quality and usability. Help to identify and implement technical documentation standards and process improvements
Prepare technical presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint
Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and/or product management to gain an understanding of the project, analyze requirements of project to determine types of documents needed
Contribute to documentation initiatives
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong technical background in software product documentation is required

Key Skills: Technical writing, Documentation, Collaborating with engineers and clients, Exceptional in spoken and written English, Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.,
