Interact with SMEs and gather information. Prepare effort estimate and WBS. Create documentation structure to produce the required deliverable. Review and verify the project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with requirements. Develop new product documentation and update existing documentation (online help or Adobe Acrobat). Maintains repository of master files for documentation with respect to proposals. Skills Required: Relevant university degree; masters preferred (B.Sc., computer Science, BCA/ MCA, or B.Com with Computer science as optional subject). Excellent analytical and communication skills (Oral and written). Self-motivated, research- oriented individual with ability to drive long-term projects. Must be familiar with MS Word 2007, RoboHelp 8.0, SnagIt 9.0, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Visio 2007. Ability to learn technical information quickly. Ability to work in a team environment and independently. Ability to meet deadlines. Desired: Work hard to achieve tasks during critical time period. Follow documentation process with some guidance and reviews. Keep management well-informed. Attentive to detail and accuracy, committed to excellence, look for improvements continuously, monitor quality levels, find root cause of quality problems, and own and acton quality problems. Ensure high quality of all documentation. ,
