Job Description

    Tech @ Omuni, Arvind Internet : - Our architecture is powered by 50+ microservices, all built on open-source stack- Our systems process 1+ billion inventory updates a month- We have best in class integration patterns for fault tolerance and resilience- We design systems for SaaS offerings, we build for cloud and different form factor- We have the coolest apps in fashion commerce by combining in-store and digital experiences- We work on some complex programs involving integrating with disparate external systems About the role : You will be responsible for:- Building, supporting and motivating a team of individuals in their pursuit of excellence.- Manages and executes activities such as hiring for the team, mentoring, appraises, perform skill gap analysis, discipling, rewarding and, recommends termination as necessary- Leading and coaching a support team charged with designing, deploying and managing business operations that support internal operational segments.- Expected to think 12-18 months out and strategically direct the team toward goals.- Display deep commitment to both exemplary customer service and AI support.- Works cross functionally with other teams and business leaders, to improve Arvind Internet as a company, in addition to their teams goals.- Adhere to critical KPIs (Resolution SLA, Avg Response time, First contact resolution rate and more)- Create a solid Knowledge base of all known and recurring issues, functional documents and issue resolution documents.- Administer all implementation issues and generate short-term resolution, as well as long term preventive measures for development.- Liaise between cross functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues permanently.- Develop and maintain a shift plan, plan resources and work ahead of time. Ideal Candidate profile : - Have a 10+ years of experience in application support and supervisory role- Excellent Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills.- Proficient with Java based application support.- Good technical knowledge and proficient with Python and SQL queries.- Extensive hands-on technical experience for support/operations and related skills evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying the root cause and resolving issues/ addressing customerneeds in a timely manner.- Holds a Bachelors degree or may also have post-graduate education(MCA).- Has a proven track record of taking ownership, driving results and willingness of learning newtechnologies and achieving higher technical skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Having a Retail or e-Commerce background is an added advantage.,
