    1. Outbound/Inbound Calls:
      • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
      • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
    2. Multilingual Communication:
      • Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu to cater to diverse customer bases.
      • Provide customer support and resolve queries in the customers preferred language.
    3. Customer Engagement:
      • Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
      • Provide relevant information and solutions based on customer requirements.
    4. Follow-Up:
      • Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients and close leads.
      • Update customer information and follow up on any issues or concerns.
    5. Database Management:
      • Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer details, and interactions.
      • Use CRM tools for data entry and tracking leads.
    6. Feedback Collection:
      • Gather customer feedback on products/services and pass it on to the relevant departments.
    7. Team Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the calling strategy.
