Job Description

    Responsible for driving lead generation, managing proactive outbound tele-prospecting, converting prospective leads into distribution partners, and supporting walk-in and field-level customer inquiries. This role serves as a crucial point of contact between prospective business partners, end-users, and senior management.Key Roles & Responsibilities
    • Conduct calls to prospective, past, and existing B2B customers, dealers, fabricators, and contractors.
    • Efficiently manage both inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales calls, ensuring prompt response times and systematic follow-ups.
    • Extract, verify, and cultivate business leads from digital B2B portals, primarilyIndiaMART, social media, and internal inquiries.
    • Nurture qualified leads through the sales pipeline with a strategic focus onconverting prospects into authorized distributors and regional dealers.
    • Maintain accurate records of call interactions, lead stages, sample dispatches, and follow-up schedules.
