Job Description

  • Prepare Training Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs
  • Conduct Product and Sales training, Coaching and Audit sessions in the assigned zone
  • Ensure highest quality of training delivery so as to achieve client satisfaction
  • Provide Induction to new employees and associates through NHIP program
  • In depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs
  • Provide ongoing feedback, support and coaching to delegates and their line managers
  • Attend Zonal reviews and present the reports
  • Ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes
  • Open to travel across Chennai
Eligibility Criteria:Candidate must be a Graduate with 3-4 years of relevant Retail Training experience in Telecom Network / Sales Training.Location- ChennaiNo. of positions- 02Only female candidates required
