Job Description

    Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive with a proven track record in business loan sales to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and converting inquiries into loan applications for unsecured business loans. You will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to offer unsecured business loans. Actively prospect and identify leads from provided databases and market research.Product Knowledge & Promotion: Promote Sampathi Credits loan products effectively by explaining the benefits and eligibility criteria to customers, ensuring that they understand the offerings.Sales Conversion: Convert inbound and outbound leads into loan applications, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing accurate information and assistance throughout the loan application process.Follow-ups & Pipeline Management: Follow up with potential clients regularly to ensure they complete the loan application process, address concerns, and guide them toward loan approval.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and loan applications. Provide regular updates to the team on progress and performance.Collaboration: Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and timely disbursement.Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing queries, and resolving any issues promptly.Market Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback with the team to improve loan offerings and sales strategies.Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in any field. Candidates with prior sales or finance-related education may be preferred.Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in business loans or financial services.
