Handling outbound calls, Generate and develop qualified leads for the Sales team. Fixing appointment with the generated leads for the sales team in order to meet the client for a demo / discussion. Inbound call handling in response to online enquiries and other marketing activities. Working with the database / lead sheets to develop prospects into qualified leads. Liaising with marketing department to assist in event follow- up and mail campaigns. Developing and maintaining the required knowledge of the company and its services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity. Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities. Identify past prospectsdue for the follow up calls. Accurately recording new information (company, contacts, job titles) into the marketing databases, continuously validating all data, including current contacts and associated details such as email addresses, in the marketing database with the input of updates as and when required. Undertaking market research as required identifying new organisations and markets for the team to target. Overall coordination with team in sales/ marketing activities QUALIFICATION: Excellent communication skills. Computer literate and experience in database navigation & web browsing Knowledge of the IT industry an added advantage Mature attitude with a capability to explain healthcare products and services Confident, self- motivated & friendly personality Proficiency in Hindi, English.
