Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Install televisions for customers in their homes or businesses, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to television performance, including picture quality, sound, and connectivity problems.
    • Perform repairs on televisions, including replacing faulty components, soldering, and other necessary procedures.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Conduct routine maintenance checks on televisions to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
    • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest television technology and trends, including smart TVs, LED, OLED, and other display technologies.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing installations and repairs.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Technical degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience in television installation, servicing, and repair is an advantage. Freshers can also apply.
    • Strong knowledge of television technology, including hardware, software, and connectivity.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
    • Good communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Valid drivers license and own transportation is an advantage.
