Job Description

    This job involves managing operations at a shipping terminal or other facility responsible for storing and transporting goods. The job requires individuals to have technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The job also involves working with heavy machinery and requires a strong commitment to safety protocols. Terminal Operation functions includes
    • Operate a variety of equipment including loading arms, pumps, meters, and valves to transfer products
    • Monitor product levels and quality, and adjust equipment as needed
    • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, reporting any issues to management
    • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment
    • Complete required paperwork and documentation, maintaining accurate records of product transfers, inventory levels, and maintenance activities
    • Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to ensure a safe and productive work environment
    • Perform other duties as assigned
