Designation:Territory Manager - Chief Business MentorQualifications:Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent.Experience :3 yrs of Insurance Agency Experience is needed.CTC Up to & 7.5 LacLocation : ChennaiJob Purpose:To recruit Business Mentors (BMs) and assist them accomplish desired targetsKey Responsibilities :ResponsibilitiesTo recruit, engage and launch BMsTo ensure that BMs recruit, appoint and train PFAsConduct regular BM and PFA meetings and update them on new earning opportunities and enablement initiativesEnsure BMs and PFAs are adequately trained by the training team for the JobTo drive BMs & PFAs to achieve their earning goals thereby achieving personal business targetTo ensure leads allocated from HO in SAMS are worked upon and updatedProtect existing customer base by engaging with them and keeping the policies persistencyTo handle complaints of team, customers & ensure timely & proper resolution.Functional Competencies :Understanding the CustomerSales Process ImplementationBusiness Planning
