Job Description

    Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to oversee and manage the entire Chennai region, which includes approximately 100 to 150 Indian bank branches. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience with a strong track record of stability in their current and previous organizations, as well as 2 to 5 years of experience in team and branch handling. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing relationships with bank branches, and achieving business objectives within the assigned territory.Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
    2. Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at Indian bank branches, including branch managers and staff.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment of sales strategies with bank branch partners.
    4. Drive sales growth by promoting Niva Bupas health insurance products and services to bank branch customers.
    5. Conduct regular training sessions and product presentations for bank branch staff to enhance their understanding and selling skills.
    6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development and improvement.
