As we expand our presence in the Tamil Nadu region, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team.Responsibilities:Territory Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory, with a primary focus on Chennai. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.Sales and Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and cultivating new business relationships. Achieve sales targets and growth objectives within the. designated territory. Identify key decision-makers and influencers in prospective client organizations and develop effective sales strategies.Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the companys cleaning chemical products and their applications. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence. Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends for review by management.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-4 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on cleaning chemicals in the Tamil Nadu region. Strong understanding of the local market and industry dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
