Job Description

    We are hiring a Test Automation Engineer proficient in Java, Selenium, and SQL for backend and frontend validation. The candidate will be responsible for developing robust automation frameworks and executing test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables for enterprise-grade applications.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver
    • Validate data flows and logic through SQL queries on backend databases
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test requirements
    • Analyze test results, report bugs, and ensure timely resolutions
    • Contribute to continuous integration and test execution pipelines
    • Participate in code reviews, test case reviews, and sprint planning meetings
    • Maintain test documentation and provide regular updates on progress
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
    • 26 years of hands-on experience in automation testing
    • Strong knowledge of Java programming and Selenium WebDriver
    • Experience writing and executing SQL queries for data validation
    • Familiarity with TestNG, Maven, Git, and Jenkins
    • Good understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Knowledge of REST API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured is a plus
