Job Description

    Role Overview:In this role, you will be responsible for performing testing, troubleshooting, and analysis tasks on various phases of network systems development. You will work towards maintaining the credibility and viability of the system by providing support for monitoring equipment configuration, resolving significant matters, and designing test processes and diagnostic programs for assigned projects. Additionally, you will be involved in writing test plans, defining test cases, and creating integration and system test scripts.Key Responsibilities:- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and analysis tasks on various phases of network systems development- Provide support for monitoring equipment configuration and resolving significant matters- Design, develop, implement, and maintain test processes and diagnostic programs for assigned projects- Write test plans, define test cases, and create integration and system test scripts- Maintain defect reports and update reports following regression testing efforts- Adhere to established quality methodology and escalate issues as appropriate- Assist in determining systems requirements and writing proposals for process/program recommendationsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience- Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering or related field preferred- Three or more years of network testing experience- Experience working with computer systems, telecommunications systems, network management, and protocol system testing- Experience working with scripting languages such as TCL, PERL, HP, etc.- Experience working with data transmission protocols such as TCP/IP, etc.- Experience working with operating systems and protocols/technologies such as HTTP, SSL, FTP, SMTP, POP3, etc.- Experience working with network equipment like switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.Additional Company Details: The company values good analytical and problem-solving skills, organization, time management, interpersonal skills, communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to travel.(Note: The sections What were looking for and What you should expect in this role have been omitted as they do not provide specific job description details.),
