Job Description

As an Automation Test Manager at EY, you will be accountable for performing automation expediency, suggesting automation approaches, building automation framework, automating manual test cases, maintaining and executing regression tests to ensure all automation needs are met and aligned with customer expectations. Your expertise on automation tools like Selenium and Protractor will be crucial in conducting automation testing on web and mobile applications. Additionally, your knowledge of TestNG and Cucumber BDD Frameworks will play a key role in your responsibilities. It is essential to be proficient in Java, with an added advantage of having knowledge of vb scripting and Python.**Key Responsibilities:**- Framework Architecture development/enhancement- Building Framework components and libraries- Automating Web Application Testing using Selenium Webdriver with TestNG Framework- Webservice automation using Rest Assured- Protractor knowledge- Mobile application testing using Appium- Designing & Implementing Test Automation Strategy- Creating Automation Test Plan and getting approvals- Automation Framework Design and Implementation- Creating, Organizing, and managing Test Automation Resources- Creating, Enhancing, debugging and Running Test Cases- Providing Automation Test Estimations- Organizing, monitoring defect management process- Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing- Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues- Generating Test Summary Reports- Coordinating Test team members and Development team to resolve issues- Interacting with client-side personnel to solve issues and update status- Leading teams across geographies- Providing automation trainings within the company**Qualifications Required:**- BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc- 10-15 years of automation consulting experience across multiple platforms and varied domains- At least 9 years of experience in any of the automation tools - Selenium, UFT, Protractor**Additional Details:**Working at EY offers inspiring and meaningful projects, education, coaching, and practical experience for personal development.
