Job Description

    Job Title: TIBCO AdministratorJob Location: Work from home (Base location: Nagpur, Pune (Kharadi or Balewadi), Bangalore, Chennai)Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only Experience: 6-9 YearsEducation: (Bachelors or Masters) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.About the Company:ARAs client provides end-to-end data & analytics solutions with nearly 20 years experience enabling customers to derive value from a variety of data-driven capabilities. Unique among its peers, the company operates with the scale of a global consulting firm, yet the expertise of a niche partner from commercial and public sector customers in various markets across the globe with a concentration in the US, EMEA, and the APAC regions.Summary:As aTIBCO Administrator,the purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage clients software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLAs ensuring client satisfaction.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Experience in TIBCO major software, BW, EMS, Admin, TEA, Adapters, Hawk, Azure/GCP/Kubernetes cloud, Jenkins CICD pipeline
    • Minimum 6-7 years ofTIBCO Administrationand support experience.
    • 4 years Integration product experience specifically in TIBCO BW6.x and BWCE (Manage deployments, configurations, and performance tuning and troubleshooting)
    • Monitor applications using TIBCO tools (EMS, Hawk, Administrator, TEA) and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
    • Hands on experience in installation,maintenance and upgradation of TIBCO products(BW 5.x/6.x/BWCE, EMS, TEA, Admin and adapters) in both Windows andLinux environments.
    • Experience in application lifecycle management and troubleshooting
    • Utilize GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for source control, build automation, and deployment.
    • Experience in creating, configuring and renewal of SSL certificates
    • Experience in setting up new environments in both on-premises and cloud environments.
    • Experience in configuring the EMS on both LB and FT mode.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to triage technical issues and drive resolution with cross functional teams
    • Perform root cause analysis of the tickets raised and create an action plan to resolve the problem to ensure right client satisfaction
    Work and Technical Experience:Must-Have:
    1. Minimum 5 years hands on experience inTIBCO administrationand support relates activities.
    2. TIBCO Products: Proficiency in TIBCO BW 5.x/6.x/BWCE.
    3. Proficiency in EMS, Hawk, TEA and other TIBCO adapters (SAP and ADB).
    4. Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve development issues and performance.
    5. There can be Sifts
    Qualifications:
    1. Education: A relevant degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
    2. Certifications: Have Excellent technological skills (e.g., TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS). Certifications are advantageous.
