Job Description

    Role Overview:We are looking for aTicketing Executivewith a strong flair for hospitality to manage and handle villa reservations through bothonline and offline booking channels. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth booking experiences for guests.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle all villa reservations and bookings via online platforms, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
    • Coordinate with internal teams to confirm availability, pricing, and booking details
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and booking requests
    • Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation systems regularly
    • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out coordination with operations teams
    • Upsell services and maximize occupancy through effective communication
    • Handle customer concerns and resolve booking-related issues efficiently
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Excellent spoken and writtenEnglish
    • Ability to communicate inTamil and Hindi
    • Strong customer service and hospitality orientation
    • Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems or online portals
    Experience:
    • Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality bookings is anadded advantage
    • Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in hospitality may also apply
