Job Description

Greeting from HR TECHOS.!We are hiring for the position of Title Processors with prior work experience of at least one year inUSTitle Search industry.Position: Title ProcessorsExp:0.63- 6 YrsLocation: Chennai, Salem, Bangalore, & Chitoor.Req Skills:

  • Goodknowledge of Title Process
  • Minimum1 year of experience asTitleProcessor
  • Must have good knowledge of all Title applications like NETR Online, DataTrace, DataTree, TitlePoint, Fiddler, and other applications
  • Should have workedinboth Full Search & Current Owner Search
  • Should be ready to work in flexibleshifts
  • Prior experience of working in ISO/SOC 2 certified work environment will be added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Examineassessment,taxes, deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property
  • Analyze the chain of title and preparation of reports outlining title-related matters
  • Search real estate records through online and applications
  • Compile lists of mortgages, contracts, and other instruments pertaining to titles by searching public and private records for law firms, real estate agencies, or title insurance companies
  • Ensure that the title to a property in question has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or use
  • Superior attention to detail and decision-making skills to identify important and relevant documents and read and extract relevant information from them
