Job Description

    • SchedulesAccountable for timely release of all schedules with accuracy
    • To make meaningful MIS from Raw data , through understanding of core system / Application system and back end tables
    • To extract data by writing query , Understanding of MS Excel , SQL & DWH functionality and other additional Tools
    • Adherence of timelines (TAT)
    • Adhoc/ Functional activitiesTo Dimension the findings which are aligned to User & Market requirements
    • Agreement / Communication on timeline with user group and Data provided to the user to be Error-free and ensure process closure
    • To think out-of-the box and take on, solve complex requirements
    • To be able to take additional responsibilities as per the directions / requirements from the supervisor / Senior management as and when required
    • AutomationAutomate Scheduled activities and timely release of the output
    • Ensure efficient use of infrastructure
    • Ensure optimal use of resources/ manpower
    • Training and validationTrain new joinees about the business
    • Training on core system & other extracts
    • Validation of output given by the team
    • Checks and controls to be implemented for critical activities
    • Stakeholder managementEstablish a strong rapport with people and get cross functional teams to work together effectively
    • To work effectively within other Teams of BIU
