    Hi,We are hiringCompany - Home appliances ManufacturingDesignation: Trade Marketing OfficerLocation: ChennaiLooking for candidate preferably from FMCD/ FMCG background 2 3 years of experience in Trade MarketingCTC - 6 LPAPlease share CV one hidden_email.i (Mention subject line - Trade Marketing, Chennai)Responsibilities:TMOs will be the sales enablers and responsible to support the branch in Sales, Promotion and Branding activities.Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives while keeping track of budget and spendsOn-ground execution and supervision of promotions and activationsEnsuring in-time availability of POP and collaterals by managing a pool of vendors and negotiating on rates with them.Responsible for maintaining the planogram and product availability at the right place in the store.To provide market feedback on competition, customer behaviour and response to our marketing mix. through frequent market visits with the sales team.Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch and responsible for agreed Launch QuantitiesImproving brand presence in the branch and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store execution and tracking in alignment with the HO and branch marketing prioritiesLeading and managing the entire life cycle of promoters (From recruitment to sales) and ensure the desired targets are achieved and productivity is met.Follow up with the vendors regarding branding and SIS deployment for better brand visibility and brand block.Ensure ROI is achieved in all the marketing and branch activitiesResearch and identify new marketing opportunities.Key Skills:Good Negotiation skills, decision making and coordination with both. (Internal and external customers)Good in MS Office, Especially Excel and PowerPointGood communication skillsStandard Eligibility criteria Priority will be from Kitchen Appliances/Home Appliances/Electronics, etc. Age should be within 35 years. Should have worked with handling Trade Marketing role Salary will be 25% hike on current CTC and maximum budget would be 6 LPA for this role. 2 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing Graduates minimum & Post graduation (Desired) Candidate should have done his all education in Full time with aggregate of 50% and above scores (Applicable to 10th , 12th , Graduation and Post-graduation,
