Job Description

    Position: Trainee Business AssociateLocation : ChennaiQualification : HSC & graduatesExperience : Freshers / 1 to 3 years exp in field sales(any industry)CTC - 18 K to 20 KBike and Driving License mandatoryPreferred male candidateRole responsibility:Responsible for maintaining healthy supply/demand in the city at all timesWorking on various supply/demand processes and contributing to process improvementMaintain healthy relationship with partners/customersEnsure partner/customer queries are resolved real timeProvide regular feedback from partners/customers related to the service and experienceProvide regular feedback pertaining to the competitors in the marketReach out to target a number of clients in the assigned sectors on a daily basis.Detail out the Porters offerings to the clients and understand their requirementsIdentify new requirements to be converted into products depending on client feedbackMake prospecting lists using industry understanding and online sourcesActively track conversion to make sales process improvementsMake cold calls and follow up calls to leads/prospects to assist in conversionBuild short term relationships with prospects to improve chances of setting up meetingsHighlight any trends and concerns to senior managementPerform market studies for new zones depending on business potential and other parameters.Perform New Projects and Central Activities with Minimal supervision and core competency.Expectation from the candidate:English and local language proficiencyPositive and professional demeanor - Go getter attitude essentialSales Skills: Strong persuasive skills using information at hand and logical arguments,Strong negotiating skills, Ability to seal the dealStrong network in logistics/related industry preferredInquisitiveness to understand the problem/assignment and obtain necessary learningbefore setting on to work.Highly performance driven and smart.
