Job Description

    Job Overview:Helping to increase the overall performance of the sales teams by creating and deploying leading edge learning interventionsJob Responsibilities:Conduct new hire training Virtual & F2FMonitor and report the effectiveness of training program.Gather sales performance data to measure success of the training program; monitoring ROIs and developing training programs to improve effectiveness and retention.Partner with Sales stakeholder in understanding business challenges and create learning interventions that improve productivityWork on learning methodologies /ideas for retaining the learning in the training sessionsUndertake projects to work with Bottom Quartile employees to enhance productivityAccompany and support business teams on-field to understand gaps and showcase best practicesOn the job coaching and feedbackPerform other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate and work effectively with multiple levels and cross-functions in the organization3 + years experience working in B2C sales roleAtleast 1 year experience as a Sales TrainerSolid knowledge of Sales management and B2C sales pipeline managementAbility to moderate large groups virtually and F2FExtremely organized and detail-orientedProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareSense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on companys success
