Job Details: Responsibilities and DutiesGeneral administrative worksLead generation ( Initial database will be provided by IIMT)Batch co ordination (both certification & non certification batches )Day to day leads follow upFixing appointments with new clientsUpdating client listRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsSalary INR 10000 plus INR 2000 Travel allowance total 12000 INRSalary date on or before 10th of every monthNotice period 3 monthsProbationary 3 monthsIf a candidate completes his/her annual target ( target given by company ) then company will provide 3% as an annual bonus( apart from monthly incentives) as a performance appreciation ,and it will be credited along with his/her salary of first month of a new yearMonthly target 1.5 lakhs , incentive slabs 1.5 lakhs - 3% (4500 INR) , 1.5 lakhs - 2 lakhs - 5 % ( up to 10000 INR) , above 2 lakhs - 10% (20000 INR)
