  • To provide customers (including prospective customers) with information about Standard Chartered Bank s Personal Banking Products.
  • Handle transactions on the Telephone and to sell the complete range of retail products in a customer friendly way.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSALES
  • To achieve set targets in terms of generating sales leads to build assets and liabilities across
  • To capitalise on cross-sell opportunities
  • To help plan, organise and support inbound campaigns in Co-ordination with marketing/sales campaigns.
SERVICE QUALITY
  • To achieve set targets in terms of service standards and customer satisfaction scores for customer inbound calls received and ensure quality of outbound calls.
  • COMPLIANCE RISK AND MONEY LAUNDERING PREVENTION REQUIREMENTS
  • Ensure the business meets its obligations on the prevention of money laundering under the Group Policy and Standards and under local laws and regulations.
  • Processing and decision making as per Departmental Operating Instructions manual and within the timelines and accuracy standards specified.
  • Continuous Improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time.
  • Upholding the values of the group & company at all time
  • Compliance with all applicable rules / regulations and company group policies.

  • Provide professional advice and alternatives/solutions to customers request and queries using
  • knowledge of bank s products and services.
  • Be flexible and sensitive to meeting customers needs
  • Initiate and drive to achieve set targets and service standards.
  • Have strong selling and inter-personal skills to handle customers and to sell bank products.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Should be able to handle the different shades of customer expectations across All customers
  • Should be a graduate
  • Should be able to speak fluent English
  • Should have basic PC skills (word processing and spreadsheet)
  • Work timings Rotational 24/7 shift time
