    Job Opening Details back to list Reference Code: RRF006243 Job Title: UI/UX Designer Category: #LI-DNI UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.Duties and Responsibilities:1.Plan and implement new designs2.Optimize existing user interface designs3.Test for intuitively and experience4.Communicate with Managers and Team Leads to understand their business goals andobjectives.5.Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver user-centeredsolutions.6.Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements7.Create prototypes for new product ideas8.Test new ideas before implementing9.Conduct an ongoing user research10.Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like11.Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables)12.Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders13.Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)14.Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback15.Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and imagesSome experience into React / Angular is a plus point.Requirements:1. JavaScript and jQuery are an additional interest point.2. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role3. Portfolio of design projects4. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision)5. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop6. Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders7. Good time-management skills8. BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field9.
