The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. As a Senior UI/UX Developer at Consolidated Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our clients and ensuring the success of our digital products.Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and goals. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Stay. up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design patterns to ensure our products remain innovative and user-friendly. Mentor junior UI/UX designers and provide guidance on best practices. Collaborate with front-end developers to implement and maintain design standards.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Nice to Have: Experience with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Previous experience working on e-commerce or enterprise-level applications,
