Job Description

    Job SummaryJob Location: ChennaiExperience: 1 to 2 yearsResponsibilities and Duties1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze data from user feedback, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization based on user insights.2. UI/UX Design: Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts. Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices. Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure the final product meets design specifications.3. Interaction Design: Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions and animations. Define and document interaction patterns and design standards. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.5. UI/UX Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.6. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience with user research methods including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Provident FundSchedule: Fixed shift,
