    Hello Candidates, !!Greeting from Connexminds !!We are having great job openings in India.We are looking for;Designation : CXP DeveloperRequire Exp. : 5 to 10 yearsHeres the JD below;In-depth knowledge of voice application development (IVR)At least 5 years of working experience with Aspect/Alvaria CxP IVRComplete understanding and working experience of CX Designer, CX Analyzer and CX CommanderAbility to analyze voice applications and design call flows based on business uses-casesProgramming experience with Java and JavaScript is a must.Prior experience in integrating applications with SOAP/REST APIsUnderstanding of voice application languages e.g. VXML, CCXML and GRXML.Good knowledge of contact center concepts e.g. call routing, VOIP, SMSUnderstanding of contact center technologies e.g. Genesys servers.Candidate should be able to design and troubleshoot routing work flows and IVR-CTI integrations.Candidate must also have understanding of relational databases and interactions with databases using SQL scripting.Prior experience in writing and presenting technical specification documents.
