Job Description

    Urgent Hiring for Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A Analyst)Location: Chennai | Shift: Night Shift (UK timings)We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as a Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A Analyst)!In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting activities for our Corporate FP&A team. You will work on key workflows to ensure high data integrity, financial reporting, and process execution.Key Responsibilities:
    • Take ownership of administrative operational cadences with the chance to improve existing processes.
    • Prepare standard template views for the Global FP&A teams, highlighting key results and performance insights.
    • Maintain and create accurate source materials to uphold data integrity and ensure alignment of results across the FP&A team.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Advanced Excel skills are essential (pivots, lookups, index, sumifs, macros, etc.)
    • Strong data scrutiny and the ability to conduct ad-hoc analysis.
    • Experience in reviewing and summarizing large data sets.
    • Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
    • Prior experience in Oracle/SAP software is beneficial.
    • Team handling experience is not mandatory.
