Your CV has shortlisted!We are hiring for one of our leading clients.Please find below job details for your reference,Brief JD:Wealth Management Team LeaderLocation: [Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Chennai]Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 10 years in wealth management, with leadership experience preferredResponsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of Wealth Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success.Set clear performance goals and objectives for team members, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback.Coach and develop team members, identifying training needs and opportunities for skills enhancement.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge-sharing.Coordinate team activities and workflows to ensure efficient and effective client service delivery.Oversee client relationships and portfolios, ensuring adherence to investment strategies and client objectives.Act as a point of escalation for client issues and complex investment decisions, providing expert guidance and resolution.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive team performance and growth.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in wealth management, sharing knowledge with the team.Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and key metrics to senior leadership.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and investment portfolios. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
