Dear Candidates,Greeting of the day!We have an urgent opening for Lead Digital Engineering Information Technology.Job Purpose:Lead Engineering Information Technology leads internal team of developers working on agile application implementation projects for digital business while meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.He is responsible for working on complex technical architectures across ecosystems and platforms and build technical architecture and products for all partnerships & alliances of the Digital lending business.Dimensions:

  • Python / Django / Celery Hands on
  • Falcon Experience
  • Different Python Framework Knowledge / Flask
  • Node JS
  • API / Backend / Microservices Arch. Knowledge and API Documentation
  • Good Experience on debugging tools
  • Angular / React / HTML
  • Java / BPM
  • Database / MY SQL / Dynamo DB / Mongo DB
  • Aws cloud knowledge
  • Design Pattern Domain Exposure in Financial Services and experience in Digital Lending, Banks or NBFCs
  • Good Communication skills for external and internal stakeholder manager
  • 8 to 10 years of full-time work experience in tech companies or digital banking/fin tech
  • Education qualification: Engineer / MCA (Computer Science / IT)
  • Hands on knowledge on front end and backend technologies
  • Provide technical solution to practical problems. Lead the team of developers for technical delivery of API stack
  • Working knowledge on optimizing performance of APIs or services on AWS to meet high TPS requirement for key partners
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
Job Context & Major Challenges:
  • Lead internal team of developers working on agile application implementation projects for digital business while meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
  • Application Design, customize applications to meet customer requirements, design of application architecture and system components, technical review and technical documentation
  • Work with partner teams to resolve their integration queries and ensure partners go-live in a time-bound manner
  • Prepare API documentation for partners
Key Result Areas:Key Result AreasSupporting ActionsProduct Design [Term loan FLDG, Non FLDG, Virtual EMI, PayLater]- Design and Implement products to give Consumer Finance business an edge over its competitors
  • Understand current technical architecture to build products
  • Collaborate with partner and product team to design & develop new products
  • Use JIRA storyboards, information architecture blueprints and prototypes to collect feedback and iteratively improve and support the design process
  • Implement Products with Full Stack [ front end / back end] with dev engineering team
  • Ensure optimized performance for API stack that is implemented.
  • Ensure the implementation of Full stack is scalable and robust to support high TPS [50 to 70] requirements from partners
  • Help in developing stub APIs for third party API calls to enable performance testing.
API development-Build products as APIs for ease of integration with 3rd party products
  • Understand underlying systems
  • Build parameterized information that needs to move between 2 systems
  • Ensure the APIs are standardized& published to 3rd parties
Technical architecture updation- Refresh & update technical architecture to keep improving product performance
  • Gain expertise on new technologies& products
  • Implement the above to solve problems, improve performance, launch new products
  • Keep technology architecture refreshed continously
