Job Description

    Urgently need Desktop Support Engineer in Bangalore (BTM location)Job DescriptionDesignation: Desktop Support Engineer.Client/Location: Alleges / BangaloreExperience: 1 YearCTC in hand 18k per month+PF+ESI
    • Install and troubleshoot all Microsoft windows operating systems currently used. ( XP, Win7, Win8, Win 10).
    • Install and troubleshoot all types of PC hardware, branded and assembled, printer servers.
    • Knowledge on Active Directory
    • Ability to hook-up and troubleshoot Internet connectivity on PCs/ Networks.
    • Basic knowledge on networking.
    • Basic knowledge of Copper /Fiber.
    • Knowledge about WI-FI & Modem Configuration
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Should be able to work with Team
