You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Qualifications BasicBachelor s degree preferably B.Tech from reputed university/College.15+ years of IT industry experience.8+ years of experience in xECM Solutions as a technical consultant, developer, designer and as Architect.Should have worked on at least 3-4 implementations on xECM for S4 HANAAdded advantage if experience in OpenText xECM implementation for SAP SuccessFactorsCapable of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM solution.Troubleshoot and implement large and complex ECM integrated Solutions within the client system architectureProficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques.In depth knowledge of Records ManagerRich experience in OpenText components is an added advantageWorking experience in Agile methodologyProficient in Migration and implementation for large scale ECM solutionsExperience in migration to AWS cloud would be a plus.Exposure and experience in OT cloud would be an added advantageExperience in other ECM tools is an added advantageAbility to work in team in diverse / multiple stakeholder environmentMentor and cross-train less experienced team membersExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentExcellent at troubleshooting and communicating status, root cause and results.Collaborate with development and QA team to prepare tests for assigned tasksCertification in OpenText products is an added advantageStrong consulting and communication skillRoles and Responsibilities:Maintain applications throughout their lifecycle and be responsible for the support & development Supports application-related aspects of designing, testing, operating, and improving IT services.Responsible for developing the skills required to operate the applications required to deliver IT servicesAssist Overall Delivery Lead in design and review activitiesDetailed Design for respective application componentsEnsure successful completion of detailed design, POC etc.Work on estimation and sizing of new proposalsReview all project deliverables for completeness.Work closely with Solution Engineering team at client end.Support KT for future releasesResponsible for co-ordination with Product vendors as needed.Should be flexible to stretch and overlap time zones as the client is based out of USA and team is based out of USA and IndiaShould be able to drive workshops and come up with crisp presentations to be presented to the customer as and when neededShould be ready to travel as neededAdditional Skills:Excellent customer interfacing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.Please provide below mandatory details to process your resume: ONLY IF THE JD IS RELEVANT TO YOU1.
