This is a remote position and you make work anywhere in the USWhat you will be doing You will provide in-depth product support to FIS clients raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibilityTroubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action.Documents recurring technical issues to send to support team so FIS can continue to provide quality programsRecreates client issues in test environment to support business processes.What you will bring:
• Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.
• Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus; personal banking experience preferred
• Documents client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
• Some knowledge of FIS products and services
• Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
• Self-starter, ability to work independently, good organizational and time management skills
• Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
