Job Description

    The ideal candidate for the position should have a thorough understanding of loan underwriting, pre-underwriting, origination, and servicing processes. Knowledge of compliance and TRID guidelines related to fees is essential. The candidate must be capable of performing mortgage credit analysis independently, without relying on Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS). It is crucial to meet production goals and standards as per the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and metrics. The role requires working from the office during night shifts at the Chennai Sholinganallur location, with one-way cab transportation provided. Immediate joiners up to a notice period of 1 month are preferred. Furthermore, the candidate must have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccination, and possessing a graduation degree with provisional and final certificates is mandatory. Only 2023 and 2024 passouts with provisional or final certificates/university mark sheets are eligible. Candidates with a background in B.E, B.Tech, MBA, or other postgraduate qualifications are not applicable for this role.The job openings are categorized as Junior Processor (for freshers), Processor (1 to 3 years of experience), Senior Processor (5 to 9 years of experience), and Team Leader (4 to 5 years of experience in loan servicing with at least 1 year as a team leader on paper). The interview for these positions will be conducted on the 3rd and 4th of October 2024, at Wipro Limited-CDC5, located at 468/469, 475/A, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Elcot Sez, Sholinganallur, Chennai, from 10:30 A.M to 1:30 P.M.,
