Job Opening for Position of Senior Accounts and Finance Executive / Accounts and Finance Executive, Chennai(Arumbakkam,MMDA)Responsibilities:

  • Indirect TaxesGST,VAT & CST ACT1. Currently preparing and filling GST Monthly Return GSTR- 3B & GSTR-1 for South Region States2. Preparing New registration for group of companies in Cavinkare Pvt Ltd3. Online Payable process against the GST Payment monthly basis4. Calculated GSTR Input Credit & Posted Document in IGST & CGST5. Completion of the GST Registration & Migrated for All India6. Preparing and Filling of VAT audit/ Annual returns for south region7. Completion of the VAT & CST assessment for South region8. Preparation of Appeal matters and needful co -ordination with Advocates9. Pursue pending appeal cases at various Appellate authority10. Timely Preparation and E-filling of VAT & CST Monthly Returns for South Region (Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala)11. Monthly Reconciliation of the interstate Stock transfer movement for branch located in the various state12. Monitoring the Purchase transactions and invoices to avail the maximum eligible input VAT credit13. Making the necessary provision related Non Eligible Input Tax credit14. Statutory Forms Management (Form C, Form F, Form H and E1 Forms)15. Preparation of response to show cause notice time to time16. Timely Completion Branch/ Depot endorsement in various state17. Updating the VAT rates for south region for various products18. Getting the VAT rate for New products19. Implementing the New tax rate in SAP system20. Posting the necessary entry in SAP
