Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with Production and Team Leads regarding schedules and deadlines with the technical teams operating in multiple locations.
  • Develop, manage and maintain timing and production quotas in accordance with the coordination team;
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings with clients;
  • Assign, supervise and review the teams work;
  • Organize and conduct team meetings;
  • Inform the team about changes and information related to the project; Train and supervise the team throughout production;
  • Give feedback to each artist about their performance;
  • Active participation in the selection of new candidates by giving the requirement and working together in hiring with HR department;
  • Support and facilitate the integration of new employees;
  • Attending and actively participate to supervisors meetings;
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management;

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines often under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, organization skills and financial and budget management skills.
  • A thorough understanding of the VFX pipeline.
